Yachi Hina Matsuri (traditional, doll festival)

Access	15 min. by car from Sakuranbo Higashine Station
Other Information	On this day the antique dolls of Kahoku families (originally brought here from Kyoto in return for safflowers several hundreds of years ago) are open for viewing by the public. There is also a market along the main street, the last of its kind in the Murayama Region. On the festival day runs a free shuttle bus between festival site and Sakuranbo Higashine Station on the Yamagata Shinkansen.
